Ka’Maya Shanelle is a beautiful seven-year-old girl with a dream to help children love themselves better and then release that love to others.

At just seven-years-old, Ka’Maya understands the strength that it requires to love and be kind to yourself even when others are unkind. 


Trying to make friends in a diverse community can be challenging. Ka’Maya has faced adversity in her own life, yet she keeps her focus on choosing to love all of the things that make her unique – dancing, playing sports, even learning a new instrument! 


Ka’Maya, inspired by her mother who is also a successful author and speaker, is a child who desires to inspire and empower children to never stop believing in their ability to achieve greatness. She has launched a non-profit, Ka'Maya Shanelle Foundation Inc,  to assist in spreading literacy to women and children around the globe in underserved communities.
